Your payroll and accounting data, protected
Salaries, ID numbers, bank accounts, your clients' figures: this is sensitive data. Here is what the platform does so that only the right people see it.
Sign-in
- Password, then a one-time code sent by e-mail at each sign-in.
- Repeated attempts slowed down: after several failures, sign-in is suspended for a quarter of an hour.
- Password renewal every 90 days, adjustable account by account.
Isolated access
- Each company is separated from the others: a user only sees the companies assigned to them.
- Profiles (supervisor, manager, reader) and rights per application.
- Platform administration manages subscriptions without access to clients' work.
- In the portal, each employee only sees their own documents and requests.
Traceability
- An audit log records important actions: creations, changes, calculations, validations, closings, exports.
- Sign-ins are logged.
- A validated invoice is corrected by a credit note, and its numbering leaves no gap.
Hosting
- Data exchanged encrypted (HTTPS).
- Database hosted in Europe by Neon; application served by Vercel; uploaded files kept in private storage.
- No data sold or shared for commercial purposes (law 09-08 on personal data protection).
- The free trial works with fictitious data: no real data is needed to discover the software.
